Micropixel is a collection of eyeglasses in exclusive VANNI acetate with a minimalist personality. Inspiration comes from the world of digital pixelated graphics, given material form through a dense lattice of squared flecks that reflect the light to create a startling shimmer effect.
Tiny cubes of pearlescent colour are fitted together, forming an iridescent, interlaced structure that shifts hue according to the angle of the light, refracting it into a thousand lustrous reflections.
The shapes of the acetate eyeglasses
- full and dimensional, in unisex or feminine forms - bond the block material
with alternations of transparent acetate in sophisticated colours: blue,
turquoise, purple and tortoiseshell, not to mention classic black.
The raw material: exclusive acetate created by VANNI’s style center.
The stylistic detail: acetate that evokes mother of pearl is achieved thanks to a composition of pearly microparticles, combined together at a very high density. Shapes and colours: there are 5 colours in the Micropixel line that vary in intensity depending on the light: silver, teal, purple, bright blue and red. Paired with tortoiseshell or black temples, they feature delicately rounded, feminine shapes, of balanced size.
